Boat Travel
We have three kinds of water travel. The first is our own rafts,
kayaks and duckies for river trips. All are in excellent condition
and we provide clients with all the necessary specialised clothing.
The second is for lake crossings to access valleys and the Glacier
trails. On both Lago Bertrand and Lago Colonia we have our own boats
with new, reliable 4 stroke outboard motors giving a solid guarantee
of safety. The boats themselves are open but high sided and dry. The
third is for river, sea or lake crossings to access the glaciers of
the southern ice field. These are hired and are covered boats with
big engines and experienced pilots who really know and understand the
currents and winds in these areas. All clients are equipped with type
5 pfds for water travel.
